01 / FIELD CAPTURE

A SITE RECORD.
WITH CONTEXT.

Document spaces while moving through them. SHARE C1 Pro combines the geometry of a LiDAR scan with site imagery, giving the office a richer record of what was there.

Existing conditions

Build a record for renovation planning, architectural documentation and project review.

Outdoor coordinates

The integrated positioning system supports outdoor work without a separate antenna rig. Plan project control and verification around the deliverable.

02 / CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE

SEE THE SCAN
AS IT GROWS.

Live point-cloud review gives the operator a way to spot incomplete coverage while still on site.

Follow coverage

Use the phone view to inspect the captured area and identify surfaces that may need another pass.

Make the return pass count

Check recesses, doorways and obstructed areas before packing up. A preview helps with coverage; final quality checks still happen after processing.

03 / WHY THE IMAGERY MATTERS

KEEP THE SURFACE
DETAIL IN VIEW.

Colour helps you interpret the geometry: a doorway, material change or architectural detail is easier to recognize when the point cloud carries its visual context.

Capture while moving

The mechanical shutter helps limit motion-related image distortion during a walkthrough.

Align colour with geometry

SHARE describes hardware synchronization between capture systems to improve colour alignment. The cameras support interpretation; measurement depends on the reconstructed geometry.

04 / ADAPT THE CAPTURE ROUTE

HANDHELD TODAY.
PLAN OTHER PLATFORMS.

SHARE illustrates handheld and robotic mounting options for C1 Pro. Choose the capture platform around access, route length and the conditions on site.

Walk accessible spaces

Use the handheld configuration where the operator can safely reach the required viewpoints.

Discuss a mounted workflow

Confirm the mount, platform integration and package contents before planning robotic or vehicle deployment.

MAKE THE DATA
USEFUL TO THE TEAM.

Transfer compatible SHARE projects into PointClouds Studio for processing and review. Choose the output that matches the next stage of work.

Measure and inspect

Review point clouds, extract sections and check the spatial record.

Prepare the handoff

Create visual 3DGS scenes or editable CAD drafts where supported. Draft drawings need professional review and refinement.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST PROJECT

PLAN THE COMPLETE
WORKFLOW.

Will the scan become a finished CAD or BIM model automatically?

Treat the capture as source data. PointClouds Studio can support CAD draft generation, but drawing refinement, modelling and acceptance checks remain part of the project workflow.

What should I bring to a product discussion?

A description of the site, access constraints, required coordinates, target deliverable and the software your team uses. A representative sample area helps establish what needs to be demonstrated.

What happens when satellite positioning is limited?

Plan control and trajectory checks for indoor spaces, obstructions and transitions. Built-in RTK does not remove the need to verify the processed result against the project requirements.
